passion4poshing @smashlavalaine Ok, so I feel like something fishy just happened ….. I was finally able to sneak away to call them, since they will be closed by the time I get out of work. I explained that I dropped a package off yesterday, but it hasn’t started tracking yet. I told them that this has only happened 1 other time & it was because my package was put in the wrong area, so could they look around real quick? They said that they don’t “misplace packages”

passion4poshing & it may just need a lil more time to start tracking. So, I said, “Ok, but could I leave my phone number in case there IS something wrong with the package?”. They said I could, but they’re “Positive” that it should start tracking by tonight…. 🤔 Literally, 2 MINUTES LATER it starts tracking!!! 😮🤨 I think they DID find it, but didn’t want to say anything. 🤦🏼‍♀️ SMH! I’m sorry this wasn’t a much smoother shipping process for you.

smashlavalaine @passion4poshing As long as it’s ACTUALLY coming is all that really matters - I just bought my wife a large tote and matching wallet and she asked for a dust cover and of course the stores don’t carry them any more and they’re sold out online. I super super appreciate your diligence and communication and I assure you this doesn’t reflect on you in any way in my eyes.

passion4poshing @smashlavalaine I really appreciate that, as I try hard to make my buyers experience as fun & seamless as possible. Lucky girl, I’d be THRILLED if my fiancé got me an MK bag & wallet! The dust bag is def the icing on the cake, though! (If you buy expensive bags, it’s extremely important to protect them!) Sadly, I learned it the hard way! My 1st ‘luxury’ bag ended up horribly sun bleached, from leaving it hanging on the back of a chair for 2 months. It was totally ruined & my heart was broken 💔
