brittanyah87 I can’t figure out how to message you. I dropped two packages at the same time and one was scanned and yours was not. I’m on hold with customer service to see why. It has been dropped to Usps though!

spellbound1995 @brittanyah87 The toe of the right shoe, the lower left side (close to the sole) of the right shoe, and the same part of the left shoe. There's also a small area on the right side of the right shoe where there's something white on it. It looks like it may rub off, but I didn't want to try and risk damaging the shoe.

brittanyah87 @spellbound1995 the white is most likely a scuff mark. Should be able to wipe them off with a warm wet rag.
