keeshp @thecheekychick hello - the postal service said you didn’t apply enough postage and asked me to pay $50 extra for postage - so I refused. Told them I already paid for the item and postage was included. Very weird never had that happen but didn’t feel I should pay again. Was waiting for the box and excited to receive but not pay again.

thecheekychick @keeshp Hi! That’s strange. That shouldn’t have happened. Postage is paid for by PM regardless of the size as long as it fits within criteria. You did the right thing. Let me reach out to PM about it. Sorry about that so frustrating.

thecheekychick @keeshp Hi! Yes, I got it over the weekend. I’m waiting for PM to get back to me about how to ship it back and for them to send me a new label. I don’t know if the reason why USPS sent it back was because of weight or size of box. Either way, both fell within the guidelines so I’m just confused. I will keep you posted. Thanks for being patient while I figure this out.
