secret_gardens @lharris73 Hello there! Thank you for your purchase. I don’t know why it’s taking so long for the package to get there. I shipped it the next day as you can see from the tracking info. Hope it gets to you soon.

lharris73 @secret_gardens there was an ATTEMPT to deliver. The letter carrier stated that there was no safe/secure place to leave the package.

lharris73 @secret_gardens And although we have a fully staffed management office, the letter carrier didn’t take it to them. I scheduled a redelivery for 08/18/2020 but the item hasn’t been redelivered and there is no update under the tracking number for USPS.

lharris73 @secret_gardens It was advised, because of COVID, to allow up to 7 business days before contacting USPS about the issue.... tomorrow I will go into the post office to inquire about the package. I too apologize to you for what’s going on. Hopefully the package is sitting on a shelf at the post office and I can get it from them.
