buckheadgirl1 Hi - I’m sorry you were not entirely happy with the Alice&Olivia sweater. I will say that it was packaged very well when I shipped it on Saturday and purposefully put it in a waterproof shipping envelope. Also, I do not believe there were any pills b/c I only wore it twice before I put it in a storage bin to protect it, so I’m not sure where those came from. I do appreciate your feedback & hope you still enjoy the sweater & again my apologies for any dissatisfaction with the shipping.
