collinsbg @laglitzglamour I have surgery on 8/8 which is my mother’s birthday who recently passed away. I’m having my nerves burned in my lower back so I really need a refund I guess because I don’t have time to send it back and all that and then have it shipped back. I need the actual tote I ordered so I can carry my extra clothes and items in it for after my surgery.
