ninshoo2 Hi, I received the belt. Your listing said a few minor scratches at interior lining. These are more than “a few minor scratches”. The lining has been peeled away in multiple spots. I’m sorry but ongoing to ask to return it.

laleereclaimed @saracloutier4 Hi there. Just confirming the dress did ship yesterday but isn’t tracking yet. I actually have one other that isn’t tracking. I assume all will be fine by tomorrow. This doesn’t happen often but unfortunately has happened before. Usually it just works itself out. If not I think you are refunded automatically. I’ll keep an eye on this. Thanks.

saracloutier4 @laleereclaimed hey, so considering that you shipped the dress a week ago, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it's lost in transit. Your page indicates you live in Florida and I'm in the metro Atlanta area. It definitely should have arrived already. 🙁 I order online often and I have had items that I purchased after this one already arrive, and they were posted farther away. I'm seriously bummed.

laleereclaimed @saracloutier4 Yah, we’re practically neighbors. I don’t get it either. Sometimes PM shipping is just bizarre. I just got notice that something I shipped weeks ago just got delivered yesterday. I hadn’t been contacted so I had no idea she hadn’t received it… If you want to cancel I believe you can after a week or ten days to receive refund. If it comes back to me I’ll let you know. So sorry. But once it leaves my hands, no control. Usually it works great. But sometimes… 🤷🏿‍♀️

laleereclaimed @saracloutier4 I’ll definitely give you first dibs if it is returned. We both got refunded, which is good. I’ve been shipping for so many years and nothing has ever been “lost in mail” permanently. It will show up at some point… Side note, I will be listing more FP knits this week. Take good care.
