emmspearls Why 2 star rating for package and cleanliness. shoes are very clean for Pre-owned shoes. There was no cat hair on the shoes. There may have been a little fuzz from the white fur throw I used for the photo. They were also individually wrapped in tissue and plastic bags before I put them in the box to ship. And I included a free gift. I can zoom in to look at the photos, if they are covered hair, where is it? I do not deserve this rating! Sorry you are unhappy with your purchase.
