m2rankin @lambdagreen Hi! I am so sorry about the Madewell tie dye sweatpants. I don’t understand what happened. They were brand new and truly never ever worn. I feel horrible that somehow they had a whole and a stain. I don’t understand how that could have happened but if that is really the case, I am happy to figure out a way to refund you.

It’s definitely a major bummer to receive an item that is not the quality that was promised. So so sorry... again, either something happened in the mail or I somehow didn’t notice. I purchased the sweatpants directly from Madewell. Any chance the package looked damaged when it arrived?
