sunnycagrl Hi. You put in an offer for the coach tote that is new with tags. I’m sorry but I can’t go any lower than $38. This is a brand new purse with the tags still attached. That’s perfect inside and out with only one tiny flaw at the handle that you can’t even see so I’m sorry, but I can’t go any lower than that price. Thank you.
