anutka1 Hi i just saw your 1 star review that you left me. Although I don't know why it taking this long for USPS to deliver it to you but I hope you do realize that it is not my fault but USPS. By giving me as a seller 1 star review would not solve the issue. Did you try to contact Poshmark? As I have no control over USPS or labels, as soon as you make a purchase Poshmark emails seller - me label to ship your package.

anutka1 @mrs_posh hi thank you very much I appreciate it. I think the parcel for some reason got shipped back to me. Usually the label is emailed to me by Poshmark and it is automated, do you know if I can use the same label to ship it to you back?

anutka1 @mrs_posh just saw your messages I can definitely resend it to you just not sure about if I can use the same label or not. I will be sure to figure it out although not sure if that will be an additional fee on my end or Poshmark can help with new label. I will contact them and wait to see what they say.

anutka1 @mrs_posh hello there, yes good news I got the jacket back, bad news USPS told me I cant use the same label to ship it back since it was already used. Poshmark has not responded to me yet, if you want I can resend it to you for an additional fee tomorrow but please confirm your address to me so it doesn't return back again.

mrs_posh @starroad hi Aponi- i am very sorry! I sent it out but theres still no tracking, i went to the post office this week to find what happened but the locate the item. I will file a report! In the mean time, you should request a refund from PM. I cant reimburse since i haven’t gotten the funds for it yet, because the item was never delivered.. sorry again, it’s frustrating!
