The bag you have advertised looks way larger than the one I received. I was a little disappointed as I was expecting a larger bag, it is not a small/medium it is small. Do you accept returns?

Hello, I have received the bag and I am not pleased with what I see in the zippered compartment inside the bag, it is dirty. When asked if there were any imperfections inside or outside of the bag, you replied, "no perfect condition". I believe you have misrepresented the bag, the dirty compartment was not shown in the pictures, also there were a few strands of hair inside the bag. The dirt decreases the quality and dollar amount of the bag.

@shoedudes. Hello, The boots are cute but I am not pleased with scratches all over each boot. They are not visible in the photographs. I am thinking of returning them.

@millslg When I mailed them off, I don’t recall seeing “scratches all over” as you claim. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers as our only non 5 star review being a 4 star. If you are unhappy with them, return them.
