lanablake @ucannever4getme hi! I just made my first sale. Everything is telling me to go ahead and ship it out, but the payment still shows as “pending” in my balances, which makes me feel like it hasn’t yet been paid. I looked through the FAQ but didn’t find my answer. How do I know when it’s actually paid for and should ship it? Thanks!

ucannever4getme @lanablake congratulations on your first sale! You can ship an item as soon as it sells. The buyer has to pay immediately. Poshmark holds the money until the item is received by the buyer and they accept it. Once they accept it, your funds will be released to you.

lanablake @ucannever4getme another question- an item I sold has been at the destination for 5 days now, tracking says “ready for pickup.” I tried tagging the buyer in a comment on the item, but got no response, though I see she has been active since my comment. What can I do?

ucannever4getme @lanablake You can send an email to poshmark support and let them know what’s going on. They will try to contact the buyer on your behalf and let you know what’s going on. If they can’t get ahold of the buyer they will probably release the money to you.

lanablake @ucannever4getme another question! Lately when I use the offer to likers feature, I get a notification later that it sent to only one or two of my likers on an item that has 8 or 10 likers. Or I get a notification that says it wasn’t sent to any likers and I need to offer a lower price, even if I’m well below the 10% plus shipping discount- even if I let the calculator do it for me. Do you know why it’s not sending to everyone, and why it sometimes doesn’t send to anyone at all?

ucannever4getme @lanablake if you have already sent an offer of that same price or lower, it won’t go to all your likers. Only the new ones. If it didn’t send to anyone you have to lower the price again. It only sends the lowest offer you have made in the last 30 days.

michlyn12 My sincere apologies for the misinformation on the MJ scarf. I had copy/pasted the description of another scarf I listed onto this listing since both were a bit similar but I failed to change the material details correctly when I edited it. The other scarf sold on Ebay so it’s no longer listed on my Posh closet. Again, so so very sorry. It wasn’t my intent to misrepresent the item. I’ll be more mindful when listing and not rush through it 🤦🏻‍♀️
