I bought the charge 2 from you and just went to set it up and it didn't work so I called Fitbit and had them help with the setup. After going through all troubleshooting with them. They determined that the Fitbit is defective. I would like a refund. Thanks

@dianeshaum It absolutely is new, so there was so false advertising on my part in that regard. I’m not sure why it is not able to be set up, but I will gladly give you a refund once the item is returned. Please reach out to Poshmark to start the process, as I’m not sure how that works. Thank you.
