I paid for them & now you put me in a bad place having to now reorder things I was expecting & then having to wait for the money. That's horrible business practice

I was very quick to inform you when I sent you the wrong item and the other lady was quick to sent hers back and was patiently waiting for you to send yours , I honestly thought you decided to keep it because I never heard back from you

boudoirprincezz If you still have the item and it's with Tags still attached I will accept a return even though it's been so long and send you a full refund as long as there is no damage because it's delicate tulle

boudoirprincezz I'm not sure why they shipped it back to you because as long as you don't open the package which I told you the moment I realized I sent you the wrong one and before you received it and write return to sender then it comes right back just like the other one did , please let me know if you have any questions Thank you

neishanicole75 @boudoirprincezz When I spoke to my postal worker he said you have to resend it and pay for the postage. They don't do return to sender. I shouldn't have to pay for postage twice when it wasn't my mistake

boudoirprincezz @neishanicole75 I understand I'm sorry the post office lady told you that. I ship an average of 100 items a week and this was an honest mistake but writing return to sender on it without opening is legal and allowed so I'm sorry she misinformed you. Like I said the other lady did exactly that and I received the package back in less than a week
