I found your brace was damaged at the strap due to us moving. :( it got caught on something and tore so I had to cancel your order. I'm sincerely sorry for this inconvenience and late response. I was in communication with my relative I gifted one to even asking if they were using theirs coz I'd take it back and get them a different pressie instead so I'd get you this but they admitted they regifted thiers! I hope you can find a different one to help you.
