skaffa @louiezeek the package was like that when I received it. It did rip a bit more when I put the duvet cover back in the plastic zipper pouch. The stain I was talking about was pink. And looked like make-up. Which I sent a picture of. I would never damage something and return it. I have made many purchases and never returned anything. I honestly did my best to return it to you exactly as I had received it. The plastic was already torn at the zipper in two places. I’m sorry that it ripped more.
