kelly89869 Hello! I am reaching out regarding the Madewell jeans. I was checking the tracking info and it read that "the packaged was forwarded to a different address today. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect." I am not sure what happened here as I used the shipping label posh provided. Just want to keep you updated! I will check the tracking tmr and let you know.

kelly89869 @lanierz That's weird! You did not request forwarding right? I reached out to Posh and asked if they could contacted the post office to see what happened. I'll keep you posted and hopefully the package will show up on Monday!

lanierz @kelly89869 there is no reason this should be forwarded so I have no idea what happened? My address in my account and in the email is correct and I’m not moving any time soon.... Let me know what Poshmark says. So weird about this!

kelly89869 @lanierz According to Posh's reply, " There may be an issue with USPS routing causing a delay in shipping. The delay may be caused by any of the follow factors: - Issues with origin or destination scans - Drop-off time - Weather conditions. We can easily assist you with next steps if there are no tracking updates soon. Simply respond directly to this email on April 10th and a member of the Poshmark team will take over and help to provide a solution."

kelly89869 @lanierz It never happened to me but my best guess is that USPS delivered the package to the wrong post office (60660) and forwarded it to the post office near your place. I am sorry for the trouble! I'll keep an eye on it and I am positive it's on its way to you! :)

kelly89869 Hello, I called USPS today and they informed me that it was forwarded because the package was initially sent to the wrong PO. They are contacting the post office to expedite the forward and delivery and they'll follow up with me in 2-3 days. I'll keep you posted!

kelly89869 @lanierz The label is fine. It's just USPS delivered it to the wrong post office (60661) and need to forward the pkg to the destination post office (60614). The tracking shows "Your item arrived at our CHICAGO IL DISTRIBUTION CENTER destination facility on April 3, 2019 at 9:31 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.", I think it should arrive at your post office tonight.
