circlingseams Hi. This is very embarrassing but as I was preparing this item for shipping I just realized it is a mini dress not a skirt. I purchased it from the skirt rack in the store so I didn’t doubt it was just that. I think it can also be worn as a skirt though. I will create a listing for it so you can see photos.
