What was the (wrong) item that got mailed to me instead? I received an item yesterday that from someone that I was unsure about having ordered, but thought maybe I had somehow forgotten about ordering it. I tossed out the packaging. I'm not sure it is the package you are referring to though, so please describe the item you have mentioned and send me an address for returning it. Thank you

@lelle1 it is a Coach leather silver swingpack crossbody bag. You ordered the small Coach silver satchel. Please repackage and a new label will be sent to you. The swingpack was someone else's order. Thank you!

Sounds like what I might have received. Is the bag in question very flat? It came w/ a key ring inside...is this the package? Let me know. If so, I will wait for the shipping label to arrive, buy a box and ship it to the address on the label you send. Otherwise, when is the handbag I ordered being shipped? Thank you

@lelle1 yes, that is the one. Poshmark likely won't send you the label until Monday. The labels on these two items were accidentally switched, so the other party is also returning your bag. Thank you for your patience and understanding, these were shipped right after the hurricane here in Florida and everything was crazy.

Hello! I have contacted Poshmark support regarding the missing tags. The other buyer that your bag was swapped with must have removed them. Let's see what Posh says we should. So sorry for all of this ☹️

Lara, the other buyer just informed me that she took the tags out of the bag and does not have them anymore. I am so sorry. If you'd like to return the bag for a refund please contact Posh customer support to request it. Again, my deepest apologies, I take full responsibility for my mistake.
