kristycav So sorry had to cancel the order of the hats, they were actually alittle more stained than it looked in the picture, and was having trouble packaging them. Didn’t want to send you a hat with a slightly cracked brim.

kerrwhit hello! I wanted you to know that your package was sent to the post office last week Thursday but I have not received any scan notification from the post office/Poshmark. I'll keep you posted but your order should be on the way.

kerrwhit @laranixon17 hello! I contacted my local post office, they were unable to give me information other than that the packages were dispatched and once they are dispatched they can't do any more to track them. I contacted the main USPS help site about the issue and they should respond within 24 hours. I also notified Poshmark that there is a problem with the order regarding shipment.

laranixon17 @kerrwhit this happened once, I was the seller, poshmark ended up cancelling and refunding . So I guess just let me know by tomorrow if I need to cancel it on my end or if they will, it’s prob safe to assume usps lost the package :/

kerrwhit @laranixon17 for me this is a first, but I sent two poshmark packages that day so it’s a bummer! Definitely understand if you cancel. I haven’t heard anything helpful from USPS.
