indiainx Hi LaRhonda, My apologies but I shipped you the wrong top. I’ll ship the one you actually ordered tomorrow. I wrote to Poshmark to let them know. I have two tips with similar look and description and on my iPhone they look similar and I made a mistake. Very sorry.

indiainx Hi There, Poshmark would like you to follow their recommendation: “We recommend reaching out to the buyer and having them open a formal case when they receive the item. Once they open up a formal case we will be able to assist with swapping the items. In addition, we don't recommend shipping out the correct item until the buyer submits a formal case.” Let me know! indiainx Per Poshmark support, they don’t “support” exchanges, and was told to relist the top and you would have to buy it again! What a learning curve. The top is up and ready for you to buy. Thanks!

indiainx Looks Like They will refund your money once I receive the top. I’m going to make the top listing “not for sale” until I get it back then you can rebuy it so I will receive payment. Honestly so sorry for this chaos. I just was worried you wouldn’t get the top before your trip and Poshmark support is apparently very slow to act
