karebare99 Hi there, I recieved the boots and they are just a beautiful in person as in photos. The only issue I am having is that the silver zipper is broken so I am not able to zip up at all to try the boot on. I believe you mentioned this was the one to be replaced however I want to make sure because I don't want to be replacing both (want maintain as much authentic items as poss) -or if I am having to resell I will be sure to post this flaw

absolutvika @karebare99 hello there. I'm so sorry to hear that the zipper is not working for you. I believe I did have some issues with the zipper it was a little bit tricky and sticky oh, but I was able to make it work. I made some comments on the case, I used silicone spray on the tricky zipper to make it go more smoothly. I apologize for this and hope you are able to figure it out or get your refund. karebare99 Hi, it seems posh has made their determination, so I am responsible to replace broken zipper in order to try on boots. I am not sure why they did not wait until 2/19 as I requested for my Cobbler to call with findings. Price went to $120 min. Had I known full situation & timeframe was issue, there may have been alternate ways to go about it. In any regard, I appreciate your kind suggestions and was not sure what had transpired on your end- felt you should know mine.

absolutvika @karebare99 hi there. Sorry I did not see this sooner. Poshmark makes their descisions for returns based solely on a set of guidelines, and it must not have fallen under their policies. The only options in a Poshmark case are for the buyer to keep the item or return it. Nothing in-between unfortunately. Sorry to hear the zipper was so expensive! I got it replaced for only 40$ so maybe you should look around a bit. In any regards I hope they work out for you and you love the shoes!

I have bought and sold A TON of louboutin products including counterfeit ones that were trying to be passed as real and I can tell you this is 100% authentic. The boxing and cards are authentic and not like what you get with counterfeit products and consistent with the cards and packaging I have received with other louboutin purses and bags I have bought from verified sources.
