smalldog1 I am surprised and hurt by the 3 star rating on your Princess House purchase. Your complaint is that it doesn’t look like crystal. I did not mislead in my description, took multiple photos and disclosed everything about it I identified it as exactly what it is. The photos are of exactly what was sold. Photos are clear and displayed the piece accurately. I did not misrepresent the item in any way. Packed with care and shipped promptly. How does this warrant 3 stars?
