larkfitz @soriag Hi Gloria. Thank you for the warm welcome and offer to help me. I do have a question about how to describe an item I’m selling as I don’t find things I’m selling listed when searching under a name brand. Example: I’m selling an Apple Bottom (AB) top. When I search for anything related to AB, I don’t find my top for sale. Same goes for my bracelets, etc. any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide. 🤗

larkfitz @lindasgreeneyes I just checked the status of your package earlier today and saw that it has come to a complete stop. PoshMark always insurers our packages so if for some reason it is not delivered you will be reimbursed as will I. I am still waiting on a package my sister mailed me from two weeks ago. I am not sure why things are moving so slowly. I can only assume they are swamped. Have a happy new year.

larkfitz @lindasgreeneyes I completely agree. I tried to drop off a box at the post office yesterday and they had the doors locked. So frustrating. It seems like all of my Poshmark sales have been taking at least a week if not longer to arrive. I am not sure what is going on. Hopefully now that the holidays are behind us things will move a little faster.

larkfitz @lindasgreeneyes Gosh, that had not happened to me yet. I always ask for a tracking number so I know it’s USPS’ fault if it’s lost. Poshmark replied to me last night to say they are looking into this for us. I have the tracking # so I hope that will help. 😄
