msldsantiago @valsthreads Hello and thanks for the warm welcome! I do have a question I have a couple listings that I posted and received inquires about that are now saying” listing not found try again later? Can you tell what has happened and why?

valsthreads @msldsantiago Oh that is weird. Are you referring to items you had listed for sale yourself, or something from another person’s closet that you were interested in purchasing? Just trying to get clarification first. 🙂

msldsantiago @valsthreads yes items I posted in my closet for sale. When I go to my closet and select all 4 items appear there. But when I select closet only 2 of the items appear. Both items that don’t appear are luxury items and I received a “certify” it’s not a replica message, which I did and then they both just disappeared

valsthreads @msldsantiago That is frustrating! First I would just make sure you have your account set to see all “markets”. Sometimes things get categorized into markets and you can’t see the item if you’re currently viewing the wrong one. The only other thing I can think of is that either Poshmark or another user marked an item as a possible replica. In that case I would definitely recommend sending customer service an email right away to tell them the items were incorrectly flagged.

valsthreads @msldsantiago when you are looking at your main page of your closet, up near the left side of the screen there is a tab just barely above your top listed item for sale. It should say “All” with three little lines next to it. If it says something else, like “kids” or something, just click on it and you can toggle to the different markets. Hope this helps a little. 😊
