brookeanne487 I am extremely sorry about the damaged earrings. I try to evaluate the product(s) and package with the best combination of tissue paper, bubble wrap, bubble envelope or box. Obviously that failed in this situation. You can file a claim through Poshmark and they should give you a refund. Once again, I am very sorry and I welcome you to continue shopping my closet.
