lande323 @gisellemoralees go to ugg official website and go to warranty..then returns put in what your returning and print the label cause it's gonna go in the box with your boots..when u send them back make sure u send them in a regular box like what we use for our packages or a Post office box..make sure u right down the address were u sending them back should read ..Ugh Returns Department.

No visible fading to the leather, metal hardwear has wear to it, still looks good though. Interior has most of the wear, small hole (seen in pic) some staining in the bottom of bag. ilovechad So I keep you updated. We have not gotten off work yet. The stores here close at 8 pm due to Covid 19.. My boyfriend said he will take me by in the morning to add money to my card. I’m sorry it’s taking me so long... we ride to work together and sometimes have to work over. I definitely want the things we talked about and probably more. I apologize once more.
