lenapyne Hello. I am so sorry to hear that the Anne Klein coat had a hole in the pocket. I check all my listings thoroughly before I list them and then again before I ship them. This was human error, I just didn't see the hole in the pocket. In no way would I try to mislead someone in the description, as you can see by my constant 5 star rating, because my descriptions are always accurate and the items are of excellent quality. Again, I am sorry for the error.Thank you.

modamecouture @ladyrook101 I checked on your delivery status as I keep track of all our sales and noticed it states out for delivery on the 8th and after that there as been no further updates. I have contacted Poshmark. They will look into where the package is. Rest assure if you do no receive it, you will get a refund for your purchase. Thank you for your response and I will let you know what Poshmark says :))
