alisivinski Hello there. I am very confused as to why you submitted a case report stating the heels are not as described. I know I shipped them in perfect condition and I even shipped them in the box as you asked.

latoya_a_kenion @alisivinski well i open the box , the front right shoe is torn, the bottom has scuff marks and a gum stain, the shoe on the inside has signs of begin worn. I mean not happy about what you sold me i had planned on wearing them today.
