chwchow Hi, I see that you are having issues with the buyer of your Born sandals. Curiously the same buyer just bought a pair of brand new Born sandals from me and left me a one star rating because they don’t fit. She is trying to claim they’re the wrong size when they’re clearly marked a 7m and demanding that I refund her money. She also said that the reasons for the one star rating were “Item Cleanliness” (they were NIB) and that I didn’t have a thorough description.

chwchow @mstriciachase Yes she said they were too small and when I said all Poshmark sales are final she then said that they must be defective and marked with the wrong size and that I didn’t disclose they were 7 N which they are not. 🙄

chwchow @mstriciachase She told me the same thing! I think she’d trying to say that because of this part of Poshmark’s policy: “A buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listing.”
