pitcham @chacha2686 sorry you felt it took too long to receive your items. You purchased item on Saturday of a holiday weekend and I sent out first thing on Tuesday when shipping stores were open. I try to make sure I sell items that are in great condition at a fair price and always ship items quickly. You should try to remember when you purchased items and make sure your rating is fair

nancys_items Hi Laura, very sorry about what happened with the earrings. I’ve never had an issue with the packaging, but of course there’s a first time for everything. I know you already accepted the order, but perhaps you can see if you can contact PM for a refund? I’ve done that before with an item that got ruined in the mail. Otherwise, I am happy to give you a refund myself somehow. So sorry again!
