kyss91 Never said the thank you note was meant to compensate for lack of anything else. Secondly, it has been raining where I live so just in case the cardboard got soaked the plastic bag served as a barrier(I receive shoes in bags like this all the time, never had a problem). Lastly is was still within a timely manner. Apologies if I came off harsh however I believe the rating is unfair and I thought you would have an explanation before I go to Posh.
