southernstyle11 @Igiggles12 you left a 3 star rating, stating all 3 lip pencils appeared to be used or looked weird. I actually gave you two that weren't sharpened. I'm not sure what looked weird about them. I receive several of these pencils, and they all look the same. None of them have been used, I can assure you of that. I just wanted you to be assured they've not been used as I have dozens of them. This is not a color I use. When I receive them I don't get to choose the color.

lgiggles12 @southernstyle11 The description stated that they were all sharpened. I was appreciative to see that two were not actually sharpened in the "wood" part. I have owned this pencil in this smaller size in the past and I know what brand new looks like. Maybe one of them appeared to be close to that condition. One was obviously sharpened and the point of another was oddly narrow like it was reshaped to look new. It did not look like a brand new point. I took detailed pictures of all three.

lgiggles12 Regardless, I was not suspicious or worried so much about them that I thought it was necessary to make a claim. I do however think that in the future more detailed pictures would be appreciated. I would even buy from your closet again. No hard feelings, just honest feed back to explain the difference between what I read and saw online and what I received.

southernstyle11 @lgiggles12 Your review indicated all were sharpened. When you just stated, 2 were not. 1 was sharpened, 1 was used as a color swatch on hand, 1 was never opened. just don't want my reviews to be inaccurate. I'm a 5 star seller. I strive to sell only in excellent condition. If a buyer has a concern they'll ask for additional pictures. I'm fine w/ the rating if that's your opinion, but not stating all 3 were sharpened and used. When actually only 1 was sharpened.

lgiggles12 @southernstyle11 You stated on your posting that all three were sharpened. So to begin with - for better or worse - your posting included an inaccurate statement. Additionally the one picture of the pencil without a cap on the listing happened to be the best, newest looking one.

lgiggles12 Although the wood part on two of the pencils were not, contradictory to the information you provided on your listing, the actual lip colors of the pencil did not appear to be as new. Unfortunately it was my mistake not to ask additional information before deciding to by. This was my first purchase on this app and Now I will definitely think twice if I'm not able to see much more detail of all items included.

lgiggles12 I never stated all three were sharpened. Again, to be clear: one sharpened with sharpened, the other two, the points looked weird. The lip color is soft and can be manipulated and reshaped into a point without effecting the wood. I have picture proof of what the pencils I received look like and what a new pencil looks like.

lgiggles12 Finally, whether you have several or dozens of these pencils as you've stated here (you're statements are not consistent even now) how was I to know which three of the many pencils that you have you would be sending? I didn't even get what was expected which was three sharpened pencils. On a selling platform like this accuracy and believing that what I see and read is is what I am going to get is the most important thing and that's what I want.

lgiggles12 I have pictures to support my review and I think in the future you should take reviews as an opportunity to use valuable constructive criticism. My review is based off my opinion which is based off facts. The descriptions could have been more accurate and clear and there could have been more images.

lgiggles12 Also, thank you for reminding me that you did not answer two of my offers. Two 24hr periods past when you ignored my offers, and I received no response. It wasn't until I raised my offer to what you had counter offered that I received a response. So additionally, ignoring potential customers is probably something to improve on. But I appreciate you being so quick to comment and protect your 5 star pride.

lgiggles12 At the end of the day you got paid for something that is usually given away for free as gift with purchase. My original review also stated that if I had really been concerned I could have made a claim. I wasn't suspicious of deception then so I kept them. Now I'm not so sure.

southernstyle11 @lgiggles12 first I didn't ignore any offers. I sent the response to your review because it was not accurate. If you'd like to submit your pictures to poshmark that is the best way to resolve the issue. If you feel like you received something not up to your standards. The items weren't actually free either. Thanks for your time, I left my original response to clarify. Not to have an ongoing dispute over something so petty.
