Hi susang23 I'm sorry you are unhappy with the purchase. I'm unsure how this works. If I issue a refund do I get my jacket back? I'll be honest I didn't realize the lining was torn, until I was shipping it. At that point i wanted to tell you, but I didn't know how. It was my first sale. If there's a way to refund you and get my jacket back I'm fine with that.
