workplayposh @coolfosho hi! You should be able to still print the label from your “sales” tab. I would go from there. You never know... some people create an account just to purchase one thing 🤷🏼‍♀️. If you have any concerns with it though, reach out to posh to let them know what’s going on.

workplayposh @coolfosho if you already have that money in pending balance, I don’t think so. I would go ahead and email posh though just so they know what is going on. I haven’t experience this situation before, so don’t take my words as solid. I don’t think that you can lose your pending balance as long as it’s there and they don’t return. What is the user name? (Don’t use @— I will see if I see it pop up)
