malw @lgsteinke hello! I wanted to reach out to you about your comment. I found it weird that it had trouble tracking I assumed you would have received it Friday because of the2day prepaid label. I have no idea why this happened to you and I apologize for whatever you had to do. the post office said everything was ok. I will ask and see what happened so this doesn't happen again. Do there is a way I can contact poshmark I will do that as well. I hope you like the bag. Thanks again.

lgsteinke @rhondajoc oh my gosh you are so right I have about five of them , ok I've done this once before, shipped wrong item, what is supposed to happen is you need to open a case , in the area where it asks for you to except the shipment, then explain what's wrong then posh emails you a mailing label, to ship back to me. That takes time, and that's one way or you can ship it back to me and I ship the correct one to you, paying for it , I can wait till you tell me what it cost

lgsteinke @caitlinmary once an item has sold the item is locked, so the seller can’t change anything . I turned to Poshmark support to have your address updated then they will send me a new shipping label with the updated address. So I don’t need to cancel.
