shop7 Hi Laura, Wanted to check with you to make sure that you have received payment. I have not received the caftan but usps claims it was delivered. I will have to take this up with them. Lately, we have been having problems with mail delivery. Poshmark is asking me to rate the item. What should I do?

shop7 Poshmark receives payment upon transaction but holds funds until customer approves the order and/or delivery is confirmed. USPS is "investigating". They will call me back in a few days. It's insured so I'll get reimbursed. I just really wanted that caftan. Darn. I'll be buying from you again. I really like your taste.🐯
