annett Hi Laura, I’m reaching out to you in regards to the dust bag that comes with your Gucci bag. We receive these bags from direct Gucci distributor in Italy and they all come in a factory packaging, sealed and fully wrapped. The bag comes with the beige dust bag or with the brown one. All bags are 100% authentic, brand new and have never been exposed to a store environment or even tried on.
