lroederer @disneyfreak67 I understand but we both utilize this platform and both have an obligation to hold it to a standard we both would want. The item was not delivered. The carrier chosen by this platform did not successfully deliver the item. The platform acknowledged that and then told me to wait while charging me for an item they acknowledged wasn’t delivered. I wouldn’t want that as a seller and I wouldn’t want that as a buyer. We both have a responsibility to hold Poshmark to a higher standard.

lroederer @disneyfreak67 unfortunately, that means flagging my review because I’ve sent 3 emails to Poshmark personally. I cannot review an item that wasn’t delivered, nor should I pay for one that wasn’t delivered. You shouldn’t either. No buyer should. I’m sorry you’re effected but in the end this is a 3 party transaction.
