ljehartley Hi Kim. What a kind offer! Honestly, I washed the jacket yesterday, and it still has a BO smell. That happens sometimes with synthetic fabrics, that a smell just sticks no matter what you do, so I'm going to go in with some vinegar to hopefully get rid of it. I'll update you, haha! I know the error wasn't on your part, and I believe that you washed the item before you sold it. Thank you for following up - it's not often you see this level of customer service!
