calderon_estela Hi, yesterday I received my package and unfortunately the box arrived destroyed as they opened it with force and only one shoe arrived with a detail that you sent me, so you sent them to me? because I don't think you have sent the package

laurac118 @calderon_estela I am not sure what you are trying to say. The package was sent. If “they” opened it with force and there’s a shoe missing, it DID NOT happen on this end! The package was sent with BOTH shoes And was given to the post office employee sealed.

laurac118 @calderon_estela ok, but you insinuated I did not send the package!! It was handed in at the counter- I received the tracking receipt. If it were not properly sealed, the post office would never have accepted it. , I, too, have reached out to support.
