jeans_kings Hello! I fully understand your situation. On the other hand, poshmark doesn’t issue refunds for clothing not fitting correctly. There is no way to replace them without us taking a loss since poshmark doesn’t help for situations like these. So what I’m willing to do is give you this one time offer of free shipping on any item in our store, just comment free shipping. Offer expires January 24th. We hope to keep you as a customer:)

lauraroca @jeans_kings actually they will if am item is not described correctly. it's not that they don't fit, it's that they aren't super skinny. Super skinny is what the other pair you sent me are.

jeans_kings Hi, This is the owner of Jeans👑kings closet. I’m contacting you because your case was approved and it should have been without any issue. Since poshmark doesn’t offer partial refunds you would have to send both pairs of jeans back to us. If you still want the hollister jeans i would love to have you purchase them again and send them right back to you.

jeans_kings I took a look into your case and am very disappointed at my seller knowing she mistakenly told you they were super skinny based on how the jeans looked. She should have told you they were “Brett skinny” not super skinny or anything more. My seller is currently being retrained. From a personal experience I have found that Hollister jeans fit a little smaller so I would stick to buying hollister if you continue to shop with us.
