byrd7227 Hi Laura! I asked help from Posh & they confirmed a return so our conversation was deleted! SO FRUSTRATING! I’m going to return it to you… if you get it ready to be unpaired & it’s factory reset, I would LOVE to buy it from you. I’m sorry for all the requests & I know you tried to get it ready to be used when selling it. I don’t know how else to resolve this. We were communicating in resolving it & Posh stopped it. That’s not what I wanted, they must’ve misunderstood.
