@tnealb Did you get the information I sent you on shipping out items? If not I'm sending it again this route. An notification of sale email wad sent to you, attached to that is a pre-paid/pre-addressed label. Print that label out, attach/tape it to a USPS regular priority mail box or any brown box and drop it off at the post office. Remember shipping is paid for already! Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Laura, I just wanted to let you know that the pet carrier you purchased from me was packaged and delivered to the post office to be shipped to you on March 16th. I have not received any indication that the shipping label was scanned by USPS. This usually just means the bar code wasn't scanned for some reason and the package is on it's way to you however I would appreciate it if you will let me know when it is received. Thanks so much and I hope you enjoy using it!

Hi Angela, thank you so much for letting me know that you had shipped my purchase. We just received the carrier today about 20 minutes ago and took our Lola for a test drive. Just what we needed and she really seems pretty comfortable in it. Perfect. 👌 Thank you so much !!!!!
