v_and_e_closet Hello Laura! Thank you! ❤️ The shoes arrived amazingly fast. Unfortunately in a severely crushed box. There’s a scratch on one. Which I was just going to ignore. But I think the gel pillow inside the sole is also damaged. It sounds like crumpling wax paper when one steps into the shoe... only the one shoe is making this (really loud) sound. I’m still pretty new here. So I don’t know we handle this? I didn’t want to report to Poshmark, since it’s not your fault. Let me know your thoughts...

endoftheline @v_and_e_closet hi there, I’m so sorry to hear that. Tgere is a 50.00 insurance on all priority mail packages. I believe you will have to go through Poshmark since they have a contract with USPS.

Then I took a 4 second video of the sound & photo of the scratch. I’ll reach out to Poshmark. I just didn’t want for you to feel I was upset with you about it. Thank you again!
