maddmadd27 @lauk713 Hi Laura. While packaging the Eileen Fisher dress you purchased, I found a stain on back of dress. Most likely occurred in storage. I’ve taken dress to dry cleaners. It may take until Friday to see if stain can be removed. If you prefer to cancel the order, I understand..My apologies...I am very careful with my Items, so when something like this happens, I feel just horrible. Please let me know.

maddmadd27 @lauk713 Absolutely - I would never sell to you with a stain. I wanted to give you the opportunity to cancel now, if you wanted, since I had no idea there was a stain on the dress. I still have no clue how it got there...need to figure out a Better way to store my clothes. I’ll let You know if the stain does not come out. And if you decide before Friday that you are no longer interested, you can cancel. I apologize for the inconvenience.

maddmadd27 @lauk713 Hi. The dry cleaner got most of the stain out of the dress, but not all of it. I’m so so sorry. I will cancel your order as soon as you confirm. I feel terrible - if there is anything else you are interested in, I would offer you a very good discount. 😔
