Hi I just received your comment and rating regarding the Nars eyeliner. I honestly bought it from tjmaxx and never used it. It looked like it needed to be sharpened but I thought that it was full as it looked like it was never used. If you dispute, in more than happy to refund, as it wasn’t my intend to sell you bad merchandise. I’m so sorry.

@snastari. i can send you a pic its a mechanical eyeliner. it has a a bottom that twists and the fillament is not the length of the actual liner. i was pretty disappointed.
