closetobsessor Hi, I’m sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your order! I’m unsure how the dress could be dirty as I just picked it up from the dry cleaner last week and listed it the same day. As far as the packaging I keep it minimal because excessive packaging is wasteful and goes into the trash immediately after opening. Purchasing cards/tissues/bows for every order would also cause me to not be able to accept offers like yours (nearly 40% off of my asking price). Again, sorry you weren’t happy. -S
