OK. I have figured out what has happened. For some reason I did not get a notification of your purchase. I have packaged them and they were just picked up. I am so sorry for the confusion. I had a second pair of these shoes that sold a few days earlier and it confused me for a second. (Hence my thinking that they had already shipped). So Sorry again. Kim
